Return Policy
All sales are final. :(
For incorrect or damaged orders, please get in touch with us at hello@skintoday.co with your order number and image(s) of your entire order and our friendly skincare fairies will help you out.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). The damaged or incorrect item(s) shall be returned to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If in an unlikely event that a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
To complete your return, do contact us with your order number and image(s) of your entire order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If it is approved, your replacement or refund will be processed through your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Oh, do note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The skincare fairies have no control over that :(
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are damaged or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact us hello@skintoday.co with your order number and image(s) of your entire order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The fairies here have made friends with ninjas (Ninjavan) and they've promised to deliver your package to you safe and sound. If you have not received your order after the stipulated time frame, please let us know and we will track it down!
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address you provided to us when placing your order.
